FlyWiyana.com app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Flywiyana.com at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Cancellation & Amendment Charges:
Where a change/cancel is requested by you in your travel arrangements; which is permitted and possible and shall be subject to airline/supplier rules mentioned under PENALTIES of the Rules and Restrictions. A minimum of KWD 10.000 non-refundable Admin fee applies per ticket/voucher for Cancellation/Amendment in addition to airline/supplier penalties also incase if flight is canceled by the airline the same amount will be charged. Further, cancellation and amendment request can be emailed to Support@flyWiyana.com or WhatsApp/SMS to +96599005308 quoting your reference number and full name. Our customer service shall respond at the earliest. Most of the airlines/suppliers allow changes/cancellation 24 hours before departure; we propose contacting us at least 36 hours before departure to have sufficient time to handle your request. A minimum 45 days’ time period required to refund the amount of your refundable ticket/voucher. Airline PNR should be quoted when communicating with the airline. Travelers should be at the check-in counter three (3-4) hours prior flight departure. It is the travelers’ responsibility to comply for the required documents and visa. All payments will be charged in Kuwait Dinars.

Fraud Management
You agree to use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make false or fraudulent reservations. If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, the website shall cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account. In addition, the website may verify your all transactions through credit/debit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the website reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to the website, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancelation of a booking or freezing of an account, please contact “FlyWiyana.com Customer Care”.
FlyWiyana.com reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of its systems as well as its client’s interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Flywiyana may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.
